Tea ceremony (Mon. 24)
We are happy to invite you to experience tea ceremony. A demonstration of tea ceremony is planed at room 909, on Aug. 24 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. A presentation on tea ceremony manners will be given in English. Maccha(green tea) and Japanese sweets will be served to the participants.
Conference banquet (Tue. 25)
Conference banquet will be held at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo (http://www.hotel-chinzanso-tokyo.com/banquet-meetings) on the evening of 25th August. Please join us and enjoy a wonderful buffet. Some entertainment is also being planned, which enables you to get a glimpse of Japanese culture.
